Long day [11 Sep 2006|07:18pm] I'm dead tired, so all I'm going to say is that today was mighty successful. I reclaimed and redeployed two servers and learned a fair bit about the infrastructure. Working with an ex-military black guy from brooklyn on 9/11 was rather interesting too. ;) I didn't think about breaking in my new shoes before wearing them to work today and I did a LOT of walking. To/from the trains and all around and about two datacenters on two different floors. I got home, took off my shoes, and found that my socks were bloody.
